Using some Key words for resume (curriculum vitae) helps to get interview opportunity.

1.   Team player (團隊精神)
Starting out in your career, you'll want to work on a team; and you'll need to work on a team. The hiring manager is going to want to hear that. Tell them.。

◎work on a team(= worked in a team )
I worked on a team with scientists who have all won awards.

2.   Leadership (領導能力)
At an entry-level, you're not being hired as a manager. But showing leadership also means showing independent thinking and the ability to take control of a situation, rather than always deferring to somebody else.

◎take control of (掌控)
Take control of the situation instead of feeling overwhelmed or powerless.(控制局勢而非被左右或束手無策）。

     ◎defer to (聽從、順從)
        She never defers to my opinions.                          

       3.   Oral and written communications(說與寫的溝通能力)
   If you can't communicate, nobody knows what you're doing, or how good (or bad)

you're doing.  

4. Problem-solving and decision-making(解決問題與決策的能力)
Some of the keywords -- showing the ability to get things done, regardless of the obstacles. You'll want these skills showing.

◎get things done (把事情做好、儘管去做)      

He's well-intentioned but not very good at getting things done.

opportunities there.
